special character locations the week of Christmas?

I thought I read somewhere that there will be special character locations at various resorts the week of Christmas. I thought someone posted a link and I'd even clicked through to it but now I can't find it. Can anyone help me with this?

It's usually a few days before Christmas and considered Holiday Atmosphere character meet and greets. Definitely found at the Deluxe Resorts and many others.
