Special Birthday Surprise.

Okay, my dad's birthday is a few days before we fly out to WDW. But I've been planning a special surprise birthday type thing for him. I want it to be a super great trip for him. I've already ordered a birthday cake (chocolate cake with white chocolate fudge center, and chocolate ganache icing..and a mickey head topper). Anyway..yeah so I've already ordered the custom cake to be delivered to our table at Chef Mickey's on our first day.

I know about the Birthday pin and all, I plan on getting him one on our first day. I also plan on calling our resort and just informing them that this is a birthday trip. I've heard they call your ADR's and they might set up something special.

So any other suggestions? Share your story? DISCUSS.

You could go to http://www.memoriesbysarah.com/index.html and you pay money and they make a "DISNEY" basket.

It does get quite expensive though and I think that they do deliver to your resort for you.

I went on a "birthday cruise" once for my birthday. We were on a boat during illuminations(we got on at the boardwalk) and we had a birthday cake too. I always go to 50's prime time on my birthday and they make it really special and fun. I'll think of other things later, I have to go to class. but it sounds good!

I went to WDW for my thirteenth birthday

with my best friend two years ago. We stayed

at Carribean Beach and told them it was our

birthdays. When we got to the room there

were birthday cards signed by Mickey and

Minnie. There were also balloons. My dad

didnt come with us but he ordered a basket

with a bunch of Disney things in it (Small

Mickey and Minnie, Chip and Dale pretzals,

Stitch candy bar, etc.) and he had it delivered

to the room. It was really magical.
