That'll be us too! We usually stay at the Radisson. Last year we had a pre-cruise meet that was a lot of fun.
Sue

yes, we sure did, Sue

It's a long way off, but I think it is a good chance that we will do that again for this cruise.

We went to Grills and saw the Magic leave the night before

Does the Radisson have a shuttle that will take you to the cruise terminal?

I'm responding before I read all the other posts - so if someone else responsed, sorry

Yes, they have a shuttle. You have to call ahead of time and put your group on the list. It starts at 10 am

They will bring you back to the Radisson after the cruise

We always leave our car in their parking lot. Saves a lot of $$'s

DD doesn't yet type or write well - so why don't we wait until we're a bit closer to the cruise. She corresponded with a girl from our cruise last year - which meant a bunch of banging on the keyboard following by "Mommy translations". Maybe begin in 2008?

Sue
No problem! :goodvibes

Did someone say Midori Coladas Now that sounds like Heaven on Earth....:cloud9: :cloud9:  put me down on the viewing list and I will share if I get anything interesting with my GTY:lmao: . Do we get bar stops on the way??:confused3 :rotfl:

Jennifer,

There are at least 3 configurations of the Cat 3 and they really are different. It could be worthwhile to have more than one on a tour. Where is yours?

Sue

We will be in 8582. Go ahead and include our stateroom on the tour.:thumbsup2

:tinker: Jennifer

:cool1: Have you had a Midori Colada before? We got hooked on them on our November cruise. If you like Midori (melon liqueur), you will love them! YUMMY! DH has been making them at home too. He drinks his in our DCL logo glass. It makes him feel like he's back on the cruise.
:cloud9: We can dream. . .

I spent a lot of time at the bar in Palo on our last 7 night cruise. Christina could make great martinis!!! The best was the vanilla martini :woohoo:

Tracy

:cool1: DH and I had never had a martini until we went to Palo. I always thought martinis were like the James Bond type and that they would taste too much like alcohol. Boy was I wrong! :woohoo: I can't remember all the martinis we had that evening, a few each. :rolleyes1 However, I do remember DH had a chocolate one with dessert that was delicious. :drinking1

Stateroom Celebration Package. . . $39
Snorkle Equipment Rental on Castaway Cay. . .$50
Couples Open-Air Cabana Massage. . . $278
Pictures at Shutters. . .$149
A quiet dinner at Palo without the kids. . . PRICELESS!

Jennifer, your Cabin is now officially on the Tour List! Thank you!!

Sounds like we'll have to consider a "Progressive Cabin Tour" much like a progressive dinner, but with a more narrow focus ... ;) Lacy

Ype, you're on the "Viewing List" and please keep me posted of your GTY comes through for you with something interesting! Thanks very much! Lacy

Why narrow it down? We can end up in the suites and have the wine and cheese party   :cool1: :cool1:

You just need to figure out who is serving what in the other rooms :rotfl:

If you need a cat 5 on deck 7 you can tour our cabin..lol. We can certainly provide a drink for all people who tour. Maybe an Alliagtor alley (a little midori, pravda vodka, banana liquor, parrot bay and a splash of pineapple juice). Pure heaven! Goes down real easy..lol.

Hope you all are doing well.

For those of you considering the Radisson, we have stayed there before all our cruises, we love it. Will probably stay there again, although that means we have to miss Scott and Lynn's wine party, but we get to meet everyone else at Grills for dinner. Either is great.

We wish this cruise was much much closer than it is.

Tracy..we should get the recipes for the grand marnier and the grey goose lemon slushy from france..those would be great cruise drinks and I have a magic bullet now..lol.

So..did I miss the recipe for a Midori Colada...could you share it again please.

Thanks.

The "narrow"ing of the focus is ... less food, more alcohol .... :yay: And yes, I can certainly include the coordinating of the "cabin beverage" for the progressive Tour! Hope we'll be able to walk (straight line) to the suites toward the end of the Tour party:
