Well, did not make it to Turkey Run.
Did go to a county park instead. Great hiking trail there.

and Belle found a turtle.

afterwards we went shopping at a small town about 5 miles away.
Got some goodies. Including "Pina Colada" jam.

The chilli I started this morning was ready when we got home. Yum.

Some friends went to Key West last week. MOTM. Last I heard, it was wonderful weather, good food, good drink and great time. No JB sightings though.

Wow, it's taken me a long time to catch up with you all. This really seems like a great group. We did have a minor crisis...my DM had to have a fourth (!) retinal attachment surgery. She's being a real trooper, though.

Quick update: We are signed up for the late seating for dinner on the cruise. Also, we will be staying at the AKV (for our first time at the resort AND for our first time as new owners) on 8/31 and are looking forward to being able to meet some of you then. Yay!

We had some awesome Pumpkin Cream Soup with Pear Chutney last night. Boy was that great!! And for dessert Pumpkin Kahlua Cheesecake.

Hey Elaine! Emailed with Tony today. He has the video and is going to burn me a CD and give it to me this weekend when I am in California.

Guess what....we just got tickets today and my co-worker, Nina, and me, and Tony and Adrienne are going to Wicked Saturday night!

Since Eden Espinoza was just on the Wonder for the DVC Member Cruise and sang Defying Gravity and then this week I got a little peak of Wicked while watching Ugly Betty, I am excited to go see it!
