Speaking of Via Napoli and pizza

In answering a question about NY style pizza I went back to the Via Napoli section in All Ears and it now says this.

... and water from our own wells identical to the water found in Naples to make our pizza as authentic and delicious as that found on the streets of Naples.

Does this mean no more water imported from Italy?

They never imported water from Italy. They use the water that is available to them and alter the chemical make-up of it so that it mimics the water that can be found naturally in Naples.

In another post that I read after I posted this one, they say its from a well in Pennsylvania that has the same chemical make up of the water from Italy.

On opening day, I listened to a podcast with the president (?) of Catal Restaurant Group, and he said this same thing. Everything ELSE is imported from Italy (tomatoes, flour, and cheese), but the water has never been from Italy.
