Changed my ressie and called to get my credit back to my CC. This is the second time since we made the ressies that we got a credit because the prices went down. Thanks again to you guys who informed me how to get the money back on my CC.

I originally reserved our flights online. I went back onlline under the travel center section and clicked "change your reservation". I gave my confirmation #, it pulled up my original ressie, then it allowed me rebook. I didn't change any info - everything stayed exactly the same. It simultaneously canceled out my old ressie while booking the new one and it stated that I had a credit of $120 for future use. I then called the customer relations number listed under "refund request" and asked nicely if I could have the money put back on my CC. They said OK and that it would be there within 10 days. The last time I did this, it only took 2 or 3 days for me to see it on my CC. Hope this helps!

Pumpkinprincess,
I also changed and saved $120. but when I called they said I could not get the credit back on my cc. Were your rates non-refundable. I also booked on the internet site. Thanks

they said that they couldn't put it back on my cc b/c it was a non-refundable ticket

My rates were the non-refundable ones all three times. I've heard some people say that they had problems getting the money back on their CC. A friend who is traveling with me tried as well. She initially called the 1-800 number and the rep she spoke with told her no. After a heated discussion, the rep went ahead and did it. The 2nd time, she called the 1-800 number again and the rep said no. Then she called the customer relations number(214-792-4223) and they did it. Once she told me this, I told her that I had always just called the customer relations # and never had an argument. Hope this helps.
