Speak Easy Craft Cocktails at Reunion Station or Bourbon Tasting at TOWL

I am considering each of these. They are both on a Tuesday. I am wondering if anyone has been to one or the other. What drinks are offered at the Craft Cocktails ? I have never really had bourbon but I am willing to try. I appreciate any experiences people have had. Thanks.

We did the reunion station one. We each mixed our own 2 drinks. They of course were selected by the staff, but were good and fun to make. I don’t recall the exact drinks, but we stirred, shook, mulled etc. Both had sweetness if you chose to add the simple syrup. The instructors are bartenders at Geyser Point. We thought it was fun.
