If going to the Space 220 lounge, do we have to order food or is it ok to just order drinks? Also, do they allow you to just order desserts? Was thinking maybe an option was to go there for desserts and drinks.

I'd love to try to go mostly to check it out, but my kids (both teenagers) are picky eaters (that also dont eat much) and paying the full price for an adult meal for them just doesn't make sense.

Here‘s the menu:

My understanding is the full restaurant menu is also available but you must pay the full price:

It has been reported here that they will allow you to order desserts, because they’re priced individually for lunch options. It is not on the menu though

If you are seated in the lounge, you can order off of the lounge menu or the prix-fixe menu. You can also order dessert, a la carte, at lunch with both the lounge and prix-fixe menu.

Related Q: For lunch at Space 220 (non lounge) can’t order off lounge menu right? Must order prix-fixe?

We have an ADR for the lounge in January. Could one of us order the prix-fixe meal and the other order a la carte from the lounge menu, or do we both have to order from the same menu?

Yes, you can do that. You can even share one prix fixe menu in the lounge, but not in the restaurant.

Yes, you can order desserts in the lounge without ordering prix fixe :goodvibes And it is fine to order just drinks.

You must order prix-fixe, but you can add items from the lounge menu - in essence, making your dining experience even more expensive!
