Spa Treatments on At Sea Days

I recently read that Disney is restricting the type of spa treatments that they are offering on At Sea days. Does anyone know if this is true and if it is what type of treatments are available on those days.

I have never heard of them doing that. The sea days are typically the most popular/busy at the spa.
