I went last month.
I chose Saratoga Spa instead of GF because SS had a hot stone massage and I'd always wanted to try that. It was wonderful. 80 minutes - hot stones combined with swedish massage techniques and aromatherapy oil.
It was late on a Thursday - last appointments. I saw a young married couple there in the waiting room. They had both had the basic swedish massages.
I found the place very relaxing. Yes, you have to go downstairs but it felt to me like the downstairs area for the women was very private. You can (and are encouraged) to use the whirlpool, dry sauna room and steam room. I used all three after my treatment. Very relaxing. Fresh fruit, ice water, hot teas available. The shower areas had all the stuff you need. There was an area with a large mirror and hair dryers, Q-tips, tissues, cotton balls, etc. Again, everything to get cleaned up afterward.
I don't know if it ever seems "busy" with a lot of people. I was there as one of the last appointments of the day so it was pretty empty.
It was very quiet, relaxing and I liked the girl who did my massage.
