What souvenirs do you get for your family members? I feel like I am never getting the right thing. I've never been to WDW before so, I think I am going to have a hard time with this. I'm thinking around $10 each or less, maybe a little more if I find something I really like. Any suggestions? Pictures of these items are always great so I know what I'm looking for!

I've got to buy souvenirs for:
My brother - Age 20 (I think he'll be the hardest)
My nephew & his wife (They're cat sitting) - Ages 25 & 28
My parents
My grandma
My husband's parents

Thanks for you help!

We just got back from WDW, we went to this outlet mall in Orlando and there's a Disney store. They sell discounted items. We bought all our souvenirs there for family and friends.

Try things that are practical-picture frames (insert a trip picture beforehand. I think the older folks on your list would like this), mugs, back scratchers, magnets, and my personal favorite-Christmas ornaments. For your brother I might get him something from POTC. Maybe Kiera Knightly :lmao:

We don't do much for souvenirs for family-I'm the youngest of 8 kids! But we get a few things. We have had great luck at the Character Warehouse and Character Premier stores at the Prime Outlet mall. They sell authentic WDW merchandise at a huge discount. We got my parents a beautiful set of WDW Christmas ornaments for $6, my father-in-law a terrific hat for his b-day for $7, etc. For other relatives, we often get them a small thing like a magnet or a keychain. Magnets in the parks can be very expensive, though! I bought some really cute ones that have Disney characters but say Florida instead of WDW on them at a discount store. My family loved them and they were less than $2 each. It helps money-wise that we stay offsite and rent a car because we can go to the less expensive places.

What about beach towels? You can get them WDW ones at target and walmart. We alway bring home towels since we have a pool and everyone loves using them. It is also great for going to the water parks. Target and walmart actually have a large tourist section they have stuffed Mickey's, pens, magnets etc. I always hit them for souveniers. Good luck!!:thumbsup2

There's a store at DTD beside Pooh Corner where everything is under $10 - all Disney souvenirs. They have a wall that says 4/$10 with items that change all the time - I got 2 Christmas ornaments and a Disney mug and a Cheshire cat beanie all for $10 (regular $12-14 each!). Christmas ornaments make a great souvenir, especially ones that say WDW on them. And who can't use a mug??:surfweb:

We brought back Disney candy and it was a big hit with everyone. The peanut brittle was extra good and the kids always like those Mickey head lollipops on the long stick. we actually bought ours at the airport when we were waiting for our flight home.

I'm going to purchase most of my souvenirs at Disney Shopping.com or Disney Outlet.com. Some items are less than $10.00. My godsister likes shot glasses, so those are the only onsite items I'll purchase.
