We would like to bring back inexpensive souvenirs for our friends (kids). DS has 4 buddies (7/8 years old) that LOVE legos, star wars and one of them loves POTC. DD has one friend (age 6 that loves princesses and icarly) the other is 9 and loves....????
Oh, and we have a friend with an almost one year old too! Anyway, I don't think we will be getting the boys anything from legoland b/c there aren't many things in our price range that can't be bought at our local lego store. Any suggestions for inexpensive souvenirs from DL? They don't even necessarily have to be purchased at the resort....off site it ok.....Thanks!!!

Sovenirs are soooo hard to buy for kids' friends!! What we did for our trip last year was picked up LA and Disneyland key chains and pens for some of the kids - offsite of course! The hotels all down harbour have lots of little shops and they can offer great deals too. I think we got 4 key chains for $6 or something like that. They had all sorts of things on them - like POTC and Hanna etc. We also went to one of the candy stores in DL and bought our 18month old niece some mickey gummy candies. The stores I also mentioned had t-shirts that were 4 for $20 and 5 for $20 which was great for a few of our friends and family.
Good luck and enjoy!!princess:

Disneyland's outlet store that is in Fullerton (Not far from the land) might be of interest to you. For it is all discounted merchandise, that had previously been for sale at Disneyland and in DTD. You can read more about it HERE .....

Candy will probably be the most universally enjoyed.

Key Chains is a good suggection of something lasting.

Park Maps are fun.

As far as legos in Legoland you can get it in your lego store too, but the key chains there might be a good gift.

I run a daycare, and always bring back something for each of my kiddos..And for DS best friend who loves airplanes, we found him a Soarin' pin that had his name on it. As for the other kids, I am into pin trading, so I always bring them each a pin that I pick from a CM lanyard for them, a candy of some sorts, and a pen or something like that. I also shop the sale dept of the disneystore online before my trip for things for them that i can give them after our trip. When we went to lego land I got each of my nephews a legoland lanyard that had a water bottle holder strap thing on it...they were reasonably priced and the boys loved them.
