I want to bring back a couple little gifts for 3 little girls on our street. What were some things that your 3 year old loved from WDW?

My three year old loved anything with a princess on it, especially the princess dolls. princess:

My DD loved the glowing toys they had for purchase at night for the parades. The kids still go out at night when it is warm with their "glow Light Sabers". I think they are a bit $$.

My 3 year old likes the Mickey Sunglasses and any clothing with a Princess on it. She also liked her Mickey Piggy Bank. I think the bank was around $12 though.

I had gotten my 3 year old cousin a giant stuffed Pooh doll from the outlet store (she loved Pooh!). DBF's niece got princess t-shirts and Snow White play set when she was that age.

If they're a young three, they might like the Small World toys. My ds (27months) still loves his little IASW boat with the people in it. Mickey ears are a good idea, too.

the princess playsets are always a hit around here. But I always like to get souveniers that say "walt disney world" on them, so I usually go with t-shirts, hats, etc. as gifts.

Mickey ears (or a Minnie or any other character headband with ears), stuffed animals, the light-up spinny things (I have no idea what these are called), Pooh lollipop.

My DD (3) loved anything Princess also. She picked out a Princess Crown that has a button that makes it light up -she also picked out the matching Princess Wand that also lights up. (We got them at the POP Century giftshop). She has had them for over a year and she is still playing with them all the time (She does the Bippity Boppity Boo thing on her brother). She also picked out a Cinderella Doll that she loves.

a few ideas:

1. princess hats (triangle shaped with gauzy material at the tip that flows down the back, the type with the mickey mouse ears attached.

2. get each a t-shirt, then bring a pc. of cardboard and a black laundry marker. you can have characters sign the shirts (my kids REFUSE to get rid of their out grown ones-so get them big enough to be worn for play and as a night shirt). p.s. you can always get these for much less $$$ at the character wherehouse near wdw.

3. a couple of bags of mickey mouse tortilla chips (shaped like mickey's head), my little one took these for snack time at preschool and they were a major hit.

4. autograph books, but take a small, legible, foldable sign.
on the sign write "hi (and then their names), have the characters pose holding the sign, that way you could do double prints and make each of them a personalized book from their friends at wdw.

5. last but not least-the little wind up toys that are available almost everywhere (about $3.00 each) they come in a variety of characters in cars, boats, etc. these last forever and they will play with them endlessly.

p.s.-if you stay on property and buy any of the refillable mugs at the resorts-kids LOVE THESE. we had a pile left from a couple of trips that i was going to toss until everyone let out a roar, so we passed them on to family and friends. (it does bring back memories of trips gone by when i see one of my much older brothers lugging around his coffee in a guady port orleans mug :rotfl: ). the kids drink out of them, use them for water play, and eventualy they end up in the back yard for important excavation work.

have fun shoppin!
