Souven-Ear Breaks After 2 Months Of Purchase! What Now?!?

I called and a machine picked up. It said press blah blah wat ever wat ever. Its either (3) -return or exchange- ~OR~ (4) -questions regarding my order- Which is it? I bought it in the park and 2 months later it broke what key do I press? And does calling cost money I know long distance I have that free but like does Disney charge to call by minute or something? Because my mom will kill me !
