Southwest Wanna Get Away sold out in less than 24 hours?

I'd be happy with those rates approx. same time period out of PIT the rates out the gate are way higher than in the past & keep climbing:rolleyes1 first time ever I'm just going to wait it out for a price drop.

I got all excited when I heard Allegiant was coming to PIT. If anything to push down SW fares. But then I heard it's Tampa, Jacksonville and Punta Gorda. No Orlando/Sanford.

Try looking again now. I booked my Friday May 22 flight on Tuesday and the wanna get away flights to Orlando had all increased significantly from the day before (like from 175 to 229 and 300). I ended up with the last flight out but hoping the prices on some earlier flights would come down.
I checked this morning and still high. Then 20 min ago they were back to the $175 price - hooray. Was able to rebook an earlier flight. Perhaps they have opened it some. Check again!!! Good Luck.

I booked the same deal yesterday for 5/13-20. $129 each leg. They are still the same price today.

For the 7:00 am nonstop PHL to MCO? I've checked several times since I booked and even just now before posting this and it still shows as $223.00 ...not the $129.00 I grabbed. Also, the return flight I grabbed is 12:40 PM and that is now $188.00.

We are having problems getting flights, too... Flying 4/16 - 4/24 from Providence.

Saw a few late that first day, but they were gone before I even had a chance to think twice.

I called SW and they said to keep checking, as a PP mentioned.

At this point (still 5 months away), I am not giving in to pay +$400/ea way for 4 of us! That is double the price of a whole vacation.

Granted it is school vacation week for RI / MA area, it is NOT easter week...

OP, keep in mind that Buffalo can attract fliers from other areas of Western NY. I live in Rochester and my family sometimes flies out of Buffalo if the flights are significantly cheaper than Rochester. :)

LBE is close to us but we've had less than acceptable experience(s) with Spirit, just makes me nervous to fly them to save a few bucks.

Was disappointed to learn of Allegiant's limited service, hoping they may expand.
