Southwest wanna get away MHT to MCO 109.00

just booked :cool1: I have been waiting what seems like forever for the price to drop. It might get better than $109, but it's good enough for me- I can't wait anymore ! I had certain dates and times I wanted and did not want to lose out on them. The stress was getting to me :woohoo:

Great rate!

When are you traveling? I'm still seeing $154.

I booked the $154 rate for the way down July 31, because I was not flexible on the time. I waited on the return trip - Aug 4....wish I waited for both :lmao:

Hi, Looks like Tues and Wed from June-August.

We're flying down in Sept; Sat-Sat. 668.00 round trip! Glad I got free dining!

What the heck happened to the 'cheap' SW flights??

Thanks!!

For my August trip, they only have flights with stops so I'll have to think really hard if it's worth that $160 credit (4 $40 credits going down since booked at $149) to add in a plane change in BWI. There's only a half hour between flights so I'm not sure if we'd get to the connecting flights in time for our boarding positions to even mean anything (I paid EBCI so I know we'd have As since we'd be checking in to that flight when we check in the MHT one which is before those in BWI who paid EBCI) and I'd be nervous about not getting seats with my girls. DD12 is autistic so I need to be nearby in case of an unforseen meltdown (I can't predict which might trigger a meltdown but if I'm not beside her I can't take care of it quickly) and DD9 is prone to ear pain so I like to be there to comfort her when she's suffering (she's mommy's little baby).

For my June trip, there's a flight out early in the morning from MCO to MHT the day after I'm scheduled to leave. I've already booked that day off work since we're supposed to get back to MHT late (last flight out). We'd end up with $180 credit on that one (4 $45 credits since we booked at $154). We'd have to pay for an extra night's hotel ($134 Pop Preferred) but we'd also end up with all those extra dining credits (we have free QSDP pin). We wouldn't be able to use RAC at that hour and DME pickup would be at 4:30am (yikes).

We plan to travel again in February as we're buying APs in June so these credits would definitely be used before they expire next April.

Decisions, decisions.

I am looking at a $109 one-way fare ($130 after taxes) from Orlando to Bloomington, IL for Friday, Dec. 17 on AirTran. I paid $69 + taxes each way for last Dec. 3-15, but I haven't seen those prices since last summer.

Considering that I paid $99 each way from Chicago to Tampa in 1982 and thought that was cheap - airfares are still pretty reasonable.
