When do they happen? For example, they were running a FLorida sale and you could book about 4 weeks or so out. We're going in February. I'm guessing if there is going to be a sale, it will be right after January 1. Am I on or off? I know this doesn't apply to codes, but thought it might fit with airline rates and so could get some good feeback. I hope it's appropriate. How far out do you book your airline tickets?
