I'm waiting on fares for Sept to be released. What time of day does Southwest release their new fairs? Is it the same time every time , like 6am or midnight?

Also , if the fares drop, can I get a credit for the difference and how do I go about doing that?

And, I keep hearing about "codes" or coupons. Does anyone have any info on these codes and how to get one?

Thanks everyone!

It has been my experience that the flights are released around 6 AM. Some flights do drop in price but our experience lately has been that the price at release is the best price. Beware of the credit for re-booking at a lower price. You have one year to use the flight credit, meaning that the flight you use it towards has to take place within a year of the date you purchased the first tickets. We got burnt on that when we didn't understand and were not able to travel again within that amount of time. Although I have seen requests for codes and coupons I have never actually see one. Good luck!

The Codes & Coupons ... mentioned on the DIS Transportation Forum ... most likely are for car rentals.
