We are flying SW for.the first time tomorrow I went online earlier today and got my A boarding pass. My question is, is there anywhere at Disney that I can print my return boarding passes next week? I would really rather have them so we can sit together if possible. I knew lots of people on this board fly SW alot so I thought this was the place to ask. Thanks

Are you staying onsite? Your guest conceige will do it for you at your resort. What time is your flight? Maybe you can do it at the guest relations at one of the resorts if you are at a park at the 24 hr mark or sometimes the guest relations at the parks will do it for you if their computer is not busy.

On our last trip at the end of January, we would have been in the parks at the 24 hour mark to get our boarding passes. I did not want to stop and run over to Guest Services just to check in, and get BP's. Before we left home, I inputted my confirmation number and name on Checkinsooner.com, and when we ran our boarding passes at the Southwest kiosk we had early A's. Doesn't hurt to check it out.

This checkinsooner sounds intriguing ! I checked out the website and it looks like it's free ... no strings attached, and you don't have to give them any personal information except your name. Am I correct ?

Did you check in for you outbound flight yourself before leaving home ... and then just use their service for your return ? We, too, plan to be in the parks at the 24hr. mark prior to our return flight home and are flying Southwest. It seems like a possibility for us.

Any other details that you can share ? :thumbsup2

Thanks

I was just a little skeptical at first, so I used them for both legs. Seeing as I was at an available computer for my outbound flight, I monitored at the 24 hour mark, and they had us checked in with A's within a minute or so of the 24 hour mark. Then I just let them do it for the return and was not disappointed. We didn't have to skip a beat in Epcot that day, and even though they email 'd the BP to my email address, we just printed them out at the SWA kiosk the next day. Just provide them with your confirmation number and name is all you need. They do respond to email questions. We will use them for our early May trip. Good luck.

Interesting service! I noticed the following:

"Guests are welcome to use this service and the basic checkin service is free. Account holders have options for advanced tools, such as checking pending checkin requests, access to the American Airlines seat polling tool, and more. Full details of the basic and advanced service are available in our FAQ."

So it sounds like they have revenue sources, just not for the most basic service.

Might want to check out the FAQs about Southwest checkins on this page http://checkinsooner.com/faq.html (under something like "how much does it cost").

I just usually have someone back home check me in at the 24 hour mark. I've also done this numerous times for others when they've been in FL. You just have to then reprint the boarding pass at the kiosk once you get to the airport.
