Southwest question?

I just checked the flights for Sept 21-27th and they have opened the Internet special rate for Sept 21st to 59.00. When I try to make a reservation shows up on the next page as promotional fare 118.14 when I have checked off Internet special column??? Does anyone know why htis is doing this?

a friend here at work is getting the smae thing, there must be something wrong with their program, it appears to be doubling the charge. She is calling SW to see what to do

How many tickets are you trying to purchase? try selecting less tickets...sometimes there is only one or two seats left at that price. If that's the case, you can at least get some tickets (or one) at the lower price, then the rest at the next price level.

I found the same problem this morning...selected $59 internet special and the promotional fare shows up in the price (for twice the amount). It must have been a computer glich because it seems to be working now!!

I finally got it to work and I saved 400.00!!!!!!!! on 4 tickets from PVD to MCO Round Trip! I am SOOOOOOOOOO excited!!!!!
I also called SW to see about a refund and they told me if I complete my travel with NO changes to my flights than when I get back to call them and they would refund my CC. the 400.00 GO SOUTHWEST

I also called SW to see about a refund and they told me if I complete my travel with NO changes to my flights than when I get back to call them and they would refund my CC. the 400.00 GO SOUTHWEST

yay! glad you got it to work. What number did you call to get the refund?? I was able to get a refund by calling the customer relations number that begins with 214 and they have already refunded my cc. I did not need to wait until the trip was completed. Not sure if that matters to you or not, but just wanted to let you know you may be able to get that refunded now instead of waiting.
