Southwest price change

Hi all, the price on my southwest ticket just went down $15 per person. I know I can get a credit for a future flight. I just don't know how to do it. I looked online but didn't see anything do I need to call? TIA All knew to SW this year.

Also typically does SW have curbside check-in?

Go to "Change Flight" on the SWA site, far right side. It will allow you to pick your flight at the lower rate. You will then get credit to use within a year or your original purchase date. It is very easy.

Curb side check in depends on the airport.
