What is his reaction if someone accidently hits his knees as they crawl over him while trying to manage with a purse and carry on bag?

Nobody should be crawling or climbing over anyone else in the bulkhead row with a carry-on. It should be stowed overhead before you sit, since there's no underseat storage. Ditto for a purse if it's so unwieldy - it's going to need to be stowed overhead during takeoff and landing anyway.
