I want to sell my $136 credit on CL. I know about the Jan 28th/Apr 1st dates for transfer of funds. How do I sell the credits? Do I have to book a flight for the person who buys them?

TIA!

Not sure, but you can't advertise it for sale here. Possibly Ebay.

I am not sure they have any value since SW has changed the rules. Check the SW website, I think they are only valid for a ticket for the person that they "came from"

Yes, the rules have changed. The ticket has to be booked in the exact name of the person for whom the credit was issued now. So it's only good for you.

The rule change isn't in effect yet - I have until 1/28:) I know I can't sell here, or ebay - my question is how to transfer the credits, if anyone has done it.

I flew a friend here on my credits a few years ago.. I made the reservation for them, put in thier name and stuff then made sure I copied them on the email receipt.

It may have been frequent flyer awards though, my husband was travelling alot then.

If you call SWA they are usually very helpful. I would just say you want to know the procedures for transferring credits to another person's name.
