Southwest expired travel fund extension-voucher

Hi. I had an unused travel fund that expired on Saturday. I called today and got the 6 month extension of the funds minus the $75 processing fee. She said they issue it in voucher form. She further said to expect it via email in 7-10 days.

Does anyone have experience with this? Any chance anyone has seen their's sooner? I've been waiting to book our December flights but wanted to use those funds. So I have been waiting until they expired. But now to wait another 10 days I'm not sure I have it in me!

Although my SWA voucher was issued for another type of reason.

I received it via email the next day ... after being notified.

I was originally quoted ...

you will receive the voucher via email in 5 to 7 business days.

I had called early in the morning (before 10:00 a.m CST) and when I got home that evening it was in my email.

It was there by 9pm last night! And the flight went up $32 today (for DS and I out of Philly, DH's out of BWI stayed the same $105).
