Southwest DING

Has anyone had trouble getting this to run on their computer??? I have checked everything I can think of. I reinstalled it, I've checked the firewall issue, and have allowed an execption for the DING program, but it says something about allowing for southwest.com, and ding.southwest.com, URL's. Does anyone know how to do this??? Help....I'm desperate!!!!

I am having trouble too....it will not load onto my computer. If anyone can help, I am all ears!

Ok I'm not much help but I know my DH has all kinds of firewalls installed and plus we have windows XP so I am not 100% that it is totally compatable, but I have found that I have to restart my computer (or totally turn off and turn on) in order to get up dates. I still miss out on some of the window time, but I am able to see the up dates, unfortunatly all the flight I want out of ALB are gone for my dates .

I have a firewall, and XP and it runs fine on mine...dings away every day...
