Yep. And the real question is how long will this service be available before SW decides to go after them. Either that, or they can make changes that will make it difficult for this company to check people in. If it's automated checkins, that's incredibly easy for SW to stop. If it's real people working for that company and checking people in, it would be tougher, but still feasible.
