Does this apply to the free flights that were part of the promotion a few months back?

I have 2 free roundtrip flights, will only I be able to redeem?

Is this for the Rapid Rewards or is this just for credits you have after you cancel a ticket or they bump you?

I'm a bit puzzled.

I recall over a year ago, that we cancelled a trip to CA when my husband was laid off. We had 5 tix. When my husband got a new job out of state, we used those credits to fly him home for visits.

So I am assuming that is what they have changed.

When he earns "points" or whatever their system is now--are those just for him as well?

Yes, I was talking about Rapid Rewards. My DH and I each applied for the RR credit card. Each CC received 2 free round trip flights. We were planning on using these 4 RT's for our family of 4 vacation to WDW in November.

Will we still be able to do this? Or will we only be able to use 1 RT in my name and another for DH, paying out ot pocket for kiddos?

I'm curious about this as well, because I had planned on doing the exact same thing with my credits. Although, I don't know if you have to USE the rewards and fly by the expiration date, or just BOOK the flight by the expiration date. This whole rapid rewards/free flights thing is so confusing.

It's been on the website and on my last couple of confirmation/official emails for months.

Yet went I called 3 weeks not knowing that you could use this for another person, and asked to use a credit from my stepdaughter to my husband I was told "oh you can use that for anyone". So I did, and there was no mention that it would be changing. Now, plans changed again and I was switching flight from hubby to stepdaughter to come down here for DD graduation, nope couldn't do it, things changed. Frustrating, but glad that we get to keep a credit without extra charges.
