Just wondering if anyone knows if Southwest Airlines has a way to plug in a portable DVD player? We are flying with our 2yo dd and if she could watch a movie during the flight I KNOW she would sit quietly! My friend thought some of the seats had them underneath the chair, but she wasn't sure.

Nope, none. Put her in a carseat, give her stuff to play with, she will be fine.

Oh well, it was worth a shot. Yeah, she'll be fine in the car seat. Fairly easy to entertain anyway. Thanks for the reply.

Our portable dvd player has a battery that lasts about 3 hours. I am assuming that you do not have a battery.

No, the darn thing has just about everything BUT a battery! We may be able to buy one for it, but I think she'll be fine without it. It will be nice to have the dvd player in our room for night time wind-down and for the car trip to the airport. We're flying out of Kansas City for a direct flight to Orlando, so the drive from Tulsa is about 3-4 hours. We'll just *suffer* in the airplane. :p
