Southern Caribbean from San Juan in April-Need suggestions!

Hi,

First time doing this itinerary and visiting these islands(Barbados, St Lucia, St Kitts, Martinique or Antigua) Will love to have suggestions on excursions, best beaches and things to do.
Also, for our pre and post cruise stay in San Juan we are considering the Caribe Hilton or The Condado Hilton because we are HH members. Any preference between both?

I recommend Caribe Hilton because it's more private. We stay there twice a year.
We did that itinerary last year and in Barbados we went to the caves and we like that tour, we did a Disney tour in every port but that was the one I liked the most.

Any more ideas? Good excursions with a 5 year old girl and single mom? I am considering the monkey site seeing one and the boat tour on another island to switch it up a bit.

We did a Southern cruise with Royal a few weeks ago. Sint Maarten instead of Martinique, but the other islands were the same.

We did one excursion; Adventure Antigua's Eco-Tour. It was terrific and well worth it. (despite my "I thought I had snorkeled, but real waves do not compare to Castaway's snorkeling lagoon OOP!" panic attack that the kind guide Arion helped me through)

We stayed at Caribe and it was fine.

Though when we go again we'll stay at Hotel el Convento in OSJ.
