Did you use woodwind? I’m currently communicating with them on WhatsApp to setup a booking and they’re coming off as quite short and rude. Just wondering if this is anyone else’s experience

I booked with woodwind recently through email. They did not seem rude but were short to the point. They said they had me down for 4 people for my date and cash is due at time of the excursion. That was it.
