South Korea/Japan

Hello fellow DISers, I was wondering if any of you could help....

I am secretly plotting a holiday to Seoul in South Korea this year to visit my brother who is moving out there for a year, he was supposed to be moving to Tokyo and I had my heart set on going to Tokyo Disney. I am now thinking we could do Seoul for a few days and they fly to Tokyo for a few days to see Tokyo and of course visit Tokyo Disney Seas . Does anyone know of any budget Japanese/Korean airlines? This may be a long shot but given there is no Tokyo Disney planning baord on the DIS (something a few of us have mentioned to mods a few times) it is hard to plan a trip!

This may all come to nothing as were looking at a WDW wedding in 2010/11 that I have to save up for!
