Sound the trumpets, blow the horns!

I have always wanted to do a trip report! I always take notes and make a plan and then...........I don't do it :guilty:

So I am going to start small......try a PTR and go from there, So sounds the trumpets and blow the horns...........

My name is Corie, I am an uber planner. I am for the most part a stay at home mom but I also plan vacations, I really love to plan even if it's not mine:goodvibes I am 33 years old and have 8 year old twins:scared1: DD is Princess and DS is Bullfrog. My wonderful workaholic, gotta pay for all these vacations, husband shall henceforth be known as Bulldog

We are a crazy bunch and like to somewhat standout... (this is from a cruise back in July, the crazy hat crew)

My DD loves everything girlie, this is a picture from our Miami trip where we celebrated here birthday at the American Girl doll store.

Now my DS is all boy, we are a big hunting family and live on a large farm in southeastern NC, this picture fits him to a T

We will be going home on November 9-16th at the CBR. We have stayed at a different resort each Disney visit, so this will be our first visit there. We were able to score free dining and we have to following ADR's

Rainforest Cafe ~ family favorite
Akershus ~ DD favorite
Be Our Guest (FP lunch) ~ this I was worried about since the site had gone down for a few day :scared1:
Teppan Edo ~ first time
T-Rex ~ DS favorite
Garden Grill ~ first time
Ohana ~ first time
Sci-fi Dine in ~ Kids first time

We always try and do at least 3 new restaurants each visit, and we will be doing 4 this time!!
Well that is all for this post, please stayed tuned and give me pointers!!

DD has been running a fever since yesterday afternoon :headache: so her and DS stayed home from school, since they will be missing 4 days for our trip we are really trying to keep the absences to a minimum.:teacher:

~~ Small piece of backstory~~ I was in an auto accident on September 7th, the guy turned right in front of me while i was going 55mph! It has been a total fiasco but the worse part is I have really messed up my ankle (torn ligaments) and have been in a boot for 6 weeks, I could only take it off for sleep, shower and therapy. Yesterday the doctor put me in a smaller boot that i can wear with tennis shoes :woohoo: and instructed me to start walking to get ready for the Disney trip

My DD and I decided to get some fresh air and walk to the mailbox while my DS drove the golf cart......you see our driveway is a mile long  and we weren't real sure I'd make it back and boy am I glad he drove cause we sure did need a lift home :rotfl2:

BUT I DIGRESS...........

So, while checking the mail GUESS. WHAT. CAME!?!?!?!?!

Now we have to wait for Bulldog to come home so we can open it

Finally as soon as he walked in the kids overtook him  and BAM! Pixie Dust!

18 days to go!
Well the kids really wanted a countdown and I have used all my Disney paper
I will post this on their mirror in the bathroom, they will love it

I have tweaked and retweaked my FP+, still couldn't get Anna and Elsa but I think we will be happy with our choices......... I am very thankful that my daughter, while really liking Frozen, still loves the original princesses. The Frozen craze is a little over the top for me:rolleyes1

I'm glad that the doctor changed you to a smaller boot. I'm sure that it's a lot more comfortable. So you made it all the way to the mailbox? :yay: That's quite an accomplishment after your injury and you were rewarded by Magic Bands! :cool1:

That's a cute countdown you made! I can't really start our countdown calendar yet given that we are still seen months out. :worried:
