My 9 year old ds has peanut/nut allergies. Is he ok to eat at Yak and Yeti? Thanks.

DD12 has peanut and tree nut allergies (as well as dairy and egg) and we have eaten at the Yak and Yeti three times. Each time we let our server know and a chef/manager came out to discuss her allergies and we were able to find something for her to eat. I hesitate to give blanket recommendations because sometimes experiences can vary at the same establishment, but we were very happy with their ability to accommodate DD12. She has pretty simple tastes, so I cannot attest to the variety of items available to her. We will probably eat there again upon our return next July/August.

I can't speak to the PN/TN allergies, but I've been there gluten & dairy free. While it wasn't as great (imo) as some of the Disney owned restaurants, they certainly were very good compared to some non-World restaurants. The chef that I worked with actually have me quite a variety and I was overall pleased with the experience.

Thanks. My ds loves steak, so I'm sure he would be happy to have that. His not picky, he's just somewhat restricted. His younger brother, who has no allergies, is a different story though. Lol. If we planned all meals around his taste we would be eating at Pizza Planet for every meal. Lol
