Has there been something going on with the member website lately? We've been unable to sign in for awhile now. Called the customer service... thought we had it, but then nothing.

Is it just us? LOL. Help?

Got on fine this morning to prove to my DW that SSR only has 1 bathroom in a 1 BR villa. She was adamant that when we were there in 2010 the villa had 2 bathrooms. She was confusing SSR wit our previous BLT trips. Silly woman, now I have to take her back for a memory refresher.

Well la-te-da, I won the battle , but lost the war!

I can get on the site but when I try to do online check in it takes me to a page where you can make reservations through WDW central reservations and I cannot figure out how to do online check in.

Once there, input your confirmation number and you will be able to do the rest.

It's run by the worst IT shop in the hospitality industry. Expecting it to be reliable is a lost cause until Mickey learns out to program.

I gave up on online check in. I figured it was really to make their life easier and if they made it too hard I wasn't going to bother...

I had trouble twice in 2 days this week. Each time a screen came up asking to link my accounts. Both times I had to call them. The first time we went through signing in with my original number from yrs ago and a code from them. It worked for a day. The second time it was fixed by a cm that knew what she was doing.

I did manage to do the online checkin the next morning through the DVC website - don't know what I did differently but it worked. Maybe it can't be done at certain times of the night.

You were definitely correct! Just got back and our 1 br had only 1 bathroom. The shower and toilet and one sink were in one area and the tub, closet and a second sink in another which helped a little. But we had 2 teenage girls with us so the extra bathroom would have been nice.
