Hi. I've tried doing searches, looked on allearsnet, etc... but I can't seem to find anything about discount codes for car rentals. I know I've seen the topic come up here, but I never paid attention because I wasn't planning on renting a car...Well, now I am and I need someone to please tell me where to find the best prices/discounts. We do have AAA, but if there is a way to get a better discount, I need it! I'm not 100% positive that we will rent a car at this point, because our budget is so tight. Thanks in advance! :moped:

Go to mousesavers.com. Mary has a huge section on car rentals and what codes are available for each of the car companies at MCO.

AAA typically does not offer very good discounts.

I book online with National quite a bit and they have pretty good rates using the Priceless Contract NO 6600330 and the Entertainment $20 discount coupon.

Thanks! I have a Detroit area entertainment book, (not with me or I'd look at it myself ;) ) do you happen to know if they will take the coupons in FL?

Yes, the car rental coupons are nationwide. Most of the ones in the back of the book are nationwide.

Thanks so much for the help. I got reserved an intermediate car with National for four days for $94 (all taxes/fees included) using my entertainment coupon for $ 20 off and the code I found on mousesavers.com (mentioned by a pp)! Can anyone tell me what their gas policy is, so I'll be able to plan for that? I also just want to double check this- We have full coverage insurance on our car now, so we won't have to pay any insurance fees through National, right? Thanks again!

Best is to return the car with a full tank. The other choices are more costly.

So it's our choice what to do? (I agree that just returning it full is best) I just wanted to be sure we had that option...
