been on here for a while. I been really bsiness with school and I told everyone on here I would keep them informed with everyting so here it goes...
I got taken off my diabetic medication because I was bleeding when I went to the bathroom. Second I have to go see a nutritionist now and found a new good exercise that really kicks butt, LOL, Its the new ball exercise with the blown up ball. I did awhole bunch of crunches yesterday and my flab abs are hurting. But anyways I am doing ok just a little stressed from school and just nerves for my big test coming up. Anything else anyone wants to now eiher ask here or Pm me and i'll get back to you.
