Sorry, don't understand-wasn't done intentionally

When I asked for help, I didn't understand why everyone got so flustered, but it wasn't intentional for me to get everyone mad. I just needed help with something. Yes, asos does ship outside the UK, but not with bulky things such as shoes and others. I emailed them and they told me that. So I think I would know that much. I just wanted to make myself clear and say that it wasn't supposed to be where everyone was getting all upset. But I don't know why they did. It just wasn't intentionally caused. Sorry then.
