I posted a few weeks ago about the shift to park issue
and got a hold of chevy they had me send the paperwork to them and sent to the compensation department

as expected the declined it didnt give any reason either

so now Im looking into filing a claim with the BBB
Ive heard though that there not as good as they used to be about helping the customer but I dont give up
so I was looking over the form and not sure what to fill in

I started with general motors as the business and there were quite a few addresses came up
do I just pick the one clostest to me
then my choices are GM acceptance corp or financial neither fits my complaint
but then it says you can add the add the name on the next page
so is this where I put in the GM in Detroit since its the closest to me

or can anyone thing of another place probably to GM to get this covered
thanks for any tips or advice

In the back of every owner's manual is an escalation process including contact information for any sort of unresolved issue you think you have. That is the process I would follow instead of randomly sending letters to people who you think can be of assistance.
