So... like all of you, I enjoy WDW. I find myself at a Disney resort (either WDW or DL) once a year. I was in WDW in January of 2013 for two days and just got back from a week at WDW. I will be at DL for three days in February of 2014.

This most recent trip was the longest time I had ever spent in WDW at one continuous time, and after I found myself wanting a break, I actually tried to play Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom at MK and I LOVED IT! I only played it for a few hours one day, but I managed to complete the first level. I am actually glad that I didn't know about it earlier in the trip, because I would have sunk more time into this...

Has anyone else played? What do you think of it?

I discovered it on my last trip (just saw a portal closing up as some people walked away and had no idea what was going on). It was too late to sign up that day, so we did it on the next MK day. It is fun, but a tad time consuming. The only thing I don't like about it is when the portals are crowded, and you see the same animated sequence over and over as you wait (especially when it's the same "power players" ahead of you the whole time!). It is a fun game though and I think it adds something for people to do besides rides. I wish I had more cards!

I liked it.... but only after I had gotten a significant number of rides out of my system. :) I have some duplicate cards that I am going to try to trade via some Facebook groups. I also got a gameboard to play at home with the cards.

I LOVE the cards and would collect them even without the game. I hope to snag the MNSSHP exclusive card when I am there (but I hear they can run out). I was definitely envious of those with binders full of them running around on level 5 and such.

I love the game! It's great because I can spend as little or as much time on it as my schedule allows. I will be going for a (semi) solo trip in January, and I think sorcerers is the thing I am most looking forward to doing on my own! :)

I have a few cards to trade. I also have a 2013 Halloween card to trade for a 2012 Halloween or Christmas card.

We played a little on our recent trip and my DBF loved it.

See my TR for more details

We would have played more if it had not been for the crowds and the fact that we only had one MK day on this trip.

I will certainly do it again if I manage to get back before they phase this out!

I know you can get a free pack. Is it per person, or per room ? Once a day, or once a trip ?

Also... I have heard you can purchase cards. Where are they available, and how much ? Thanks ! :thumbsup2

Once per day per park pass as long as you play the first time
