Are these the same thing, or two different activities? Can someone please explain? If they are different, which is best? How much does it cost, what ages, etc. Thank you!

Someone chime in if I am wrong, but I believe that Sorcerers of MK is a "game" you can play in the MK. It involves decks of cards and visiting various spots in the park by solving "clues". You pick up your cards and learn the rules of the game by visiting the firehouse on Main Street, it is tucked away to the left as you enter the main gates. My family played and enjoyed it, but we didn't find out about it until our last day at MK. It is free to play and anyone can join in the fun.

Kingdom Keepers is a series of YA books that are based in the Magic Kingdom. As far as I know, there are no related attractions at WDW.

SOTMK is different but it is a little different then you describe. Hades is trying to take over the Magic Kingdom while working with other villains and their henchman (Jafar, Ursula, and Scar to name a few). You get 5 cards per person at either the Firehouse or in Liberty Square and use them to cast spells at portals throughout MK. It is a great game and the cards are pretty cool to boot.

Thanks to you both. The sorcerer game sounds pretty fun for my grandson. He's a quite a collector. I wonder if they'd give all of us cards and then we can turn around and give them to him, he'd love that for sure, just collecting the cards!
