Sorcerer Pass renewal during blackout period

My Sorcerer Pass will be up for renewal during the December blackout period. I have a December trip planned during the blackout time period. Can I purchase day tickets and then use the day ticket value as a credit towards renewing my Sorcerer Pass before the end of my December trip?

No because the tickets were used during black out days.

At one point, it was a loophole, but was closed several years ago.

A ticket used on a blockout date for an Annual Pass type cannot be upgraded into that Annual Pass type
