She is outside Playhouse Disney at DHS. And you can't meet her family.

Sofia meets at DHS to the right of the entrance to Disney Jr. Live on Stage and directly across from Voyage of the Little Mermaid. The rest of her family isn't meetable.

They don't talk. Sofia's line is much longer than Jake's. His, at times, can be a walk-up. Her line is at least 25 minutes or more later in the day.

Sofia is not a face character (nor is any DJR character) and therefore does not talk. Her wait is probably the worst, but I don't think I've heard of her lines usually exceeding 30-45 minutes in recent months.
