WhooHoo for Avon, In My parents live there. We live in Richmond. Getting ready to head out in just 3 days to the world....
Your dd is adorable...My dd was excited to see the pics of the playhouse characters....she is getting really excited!!!
Can't wait for more!

Cool! Do you ever come visit Avon? There is so much to do here, now that they've put businesses everywhere they possible can!!

The Playhouse Characters were so great. And they have such a convenient little visiting place right outside of the show, so you can see the characters while waiting for the next show.

Great pictures! The beach club looks like a lot of fun.

Your kids are adorable and you can tell your daughter really idolizes her big brother.

Thanks. We can't wait to come back to the BC in April so we can really spend some time there. It is a fabulous resort!

Aw, I love all the pics! I showed Aubree and she smiled (too busy watching Daddy playing Wii right now though!).

I DID cut my hair. You are crazy for being able to tell that! My husband doesn't even notice most of the time! Hope you have a fabulous time at the BC!! Hope it's not too cold to swim!!

Caught this 'hidden' Mickey in the carpeting at the BCV:

Pictures from breakfast... which was AMAZINGLY delicious, by the way. A HUGE assortment of foods to choose from in a 'market' type atmosphere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! WILL be going back!

Notice how happy I am... that's because we just got finished seeing Nemo: The Musical. I LOVE that show SOOOOOOOOO much!! LOVE IT!!! Sorry no pics, but I just wanted to relax and enjoy it.. take in every morsel of it!

After a long morning at AK... what better to do than crash on a Disney Bus?

After this wonderful morning.. did I mention I got to see the Nemo musical? ... we all CRASHED back at the villa. All four of us slept for 2 hours! Not kidding. It was heavenly!!!

Great picture of an AK morning. Resting at the resort is heavenly, we usually opt for the quiet of a resort pool. One of the benefits to staying at POR, the smaller pools are so calm and relaxing.

After a DELIGHTFUL nap, we headed over to the MK, hoping to score a haircut at the barber shop. I guess we napped too long because it was closed:

The highlight of our MK day was finally riding PoTC as a family! We have really gotten into the movies this past year (a little late, I know!) but Ty had never ridden before and Matt and I had never seen the upgrades. After we rode it, Ty wanted to go back on. So they did, many many times! (It was walk on!) Shae and I headed to Fantasyland:

We at lunch a Pinnochio's (a first for us) We got a table overlooking the IASW boats. The kids had a BLAST waving at everyone!

I had a blast taking a picture of the nasty floor under our table:

The place was pretty busy, and we did snag the table right as someone was leaving. So I couldn't complain

We did a WHOLE bunch at MK and stayed well into EMH (thanks to the nap!!)
Shae fell in LOVE with BLY. We rode it many, many times!
This is the picture I got after I said, "Show me your saddest I'm-in-jail face"

We also caught Wishes this evening. Sorry, Wishes fans, but it confirmed my belief, once again, that Illuminations is BY FAR the superior nighttime show. I just don't care for the music, narration, and viewing area (we were SQUASHED!!! ) of Wishes. I know there are diehard Wishes fans out there.. to each his own, I guess!!

I love the POTC updates! We ate at the window seats in 2007. It is cool to wave at all of the boats. Now when I ride IASW I try to remember to look up so I can wave back. The jail pics are too funny! I still have never seen Illuminations! I am going to have to make a point to see it.

I loved them too.. especially the Davy Jones water effect. So cool!

That's funny, I did the same thing.. after we ate, we rode IASW and I made sure to look up. Unfortunately, no one was waving!

Oh.. PLEASE see Illuminations!! I love it because of the MUSIC.. the soundtrack is amazing... with no silly narration. Just pure music, and fabulous fireworks... Oh.. and the great big blazing fireball in the center of the lagoon.. . pretty darn cool!!

We go to Avon all the time to see my parents. Also have to get my Target fix there since ours closed here about 3 years ago. Zoey loved playhouse....and getting her pics with all of the characters was the highlight of her day when we went to HS. I am waiting for our photopass to arrive then I will work on my TR but until then I am just taking a break and catching up on eveyone elses TR's.
