About a week ago the moment, 180 days out, came to book our dining. My wife really wants to remain primarily hands off when it comes to about 90% of the planning. It was also this way during our last trip 3 years ago. I really enjoy planning. It's like a big game to me, but when it comes to the ADR's, I feel the pressure.

I was up early to get them, and the goofy grin on my face when she woke up an hour later said it all. I got everything we wanted.

Day 1 --- Nothing --- Arrival Day...feel there's too much that can go wrong with travels, hate to miss a reservation. I plan for us to use 1 or 2 quick services depending upon our arrival and appetite.
Day 2 --- Tusker House --- Lunch
Day 3 --- Cinderella's Royal Table, Breakfast --- Be Our Guest, Dinner
Day 4 --- Coral Reef, Dinner
Day 5 --- Sci-Fi Dine-In, Lunch
Day 6 --- 'Ohana, Dinner
Day 7 --- Nothin' --- Headin' Home

We'll have to pay out of pocket for one meal which will be the Sci-Fi Dine-In...we simply love the atmosphere and eating a couple of burgers doesn't break the bank like the other places. We've experience 'Ohana breakfast twice before. We love it, but the dinner menu looks amazing and we wanted to try a few new things.

I was especially excited to land Royal Table and BOG that day since we'll be celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary that day. Which leads me to my next question...

Is there anything special I can request or set-up for our anniversary? Any time I try to search this I find the same, "get a free button," suggestion.

Thanks for any feedback or advice!!

Congrats on getting both CRT & BOG! Those are some of the hardest to get. My suggestion would be to call Disney Dining and have them note on your reservations that you are celebrating your 10th Anniversary. Sometimes the restaurant may supply you with a special desert or something similar "on the house".

If you want to do more than that, you can make arrangements directly (and for a fee) with Disney for a special cake. See this link: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/g...ortBy=ng:hasCelebrationTypeFacet&fv_186132=on

You can also (again for a fee) arrange for something through Disney Floral. https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-services/floral-and-gifts/

Congratulations on scoring all of the ADRs you wanted!

We've used the disney cake line to order special personalized treats to be waiting at restaurants - loved it. There is a cake chatter thread pinned to the top of the Restaurants forum.

It wouldn't be for everyone....but you might get plenty of attention of you modify bride and groom ears to be 10 year ears.

We were at WDW on Valentine's Day years ago...My husband surprised me with a beautiful Disney Pandora charm for my bracelet. (He bought it there...easy for him to do it on the sly because we often split up with our wide-age-range kids.)

You can get a personal cake at a meal, though if you’re on the dining plan, you get dessert included already. The standard celebration cake is really cute though - a white or chocolate mickey hat kind of look.

You could also get a celebration basket delivered to your room that day.

Another congrats on you getting all of your ADR's. A question what time is your BoG? I managed a couple of weeks ago to get the girls all of their requests but at the time the only BoG available was at 20:45 hours which I took and they are happy just to go.
