Thank you Meanpc. It is a great little camera. Indeed, I use mine as a second body to my DSLR - it's a nice option for a two-camera setup as it can deliver the same IQ as the bigger camera in a lighter and smaller package, while the DSLR is still there when you need the speed, the buffer, and the battery life...and the better handling of huge lenses. And via adapter, as long as you're not opposed to manually focusing, your Canon glass can really sing on that NEX-5N sensor! I've got a collection of 15+ manual lenses from Chinon, Pentax, Konica, Minolta, Vivitar, Osawa, and Soligor...and they all pair gorgeously well with that sensor. It's nice to have the AF lenses for walking around and taking trips, but the manual focus can be just for fun or experimentation, when you really have time to think about taking shots.
