Son's Epcot broken-what can I do?!?!

Hi, all. Hoping somebody will have a good idea or contact info, like e-mial or phone number, to help guide me in the right direction. My son's b-day was 6/16, we went to MK & he used his birthday gift card to buy the Epcot Spaceship Earth toy as his big gift. We waited until we got home to open it, only to find out that the microphone part does not work correctly & the loading ramp does not turn. i've gone back & forth trying to find somebody to talk to about this with no luck. Does anybody have any info/advise to try & find a way to return/replace/refund this toy? I can't find any info on a disney-type customer service, so anything is appreciated.

I would call the mail order number that is your disney reciepts and see if they can help.

Disney has a 30 day return policy. I had an issue with a sweatshirt that I did not realize was defective when I bought it in the summer, and I am stuck with it. I called and there is nothing they could do. I would still call though, you never know.

Call anyways. We bought the castle in April for my DD6's birthday in July and had it shipped home. When she opened it on her birthday the sound didn't work. I called them immediately and faxed them a copy of the receipt (they needed proof that I paid for it). The sent a new one within a week and asked that I donate the broken one to charity. She mentioned that I was just outside my 90 days but they still would take care of us. They were wonderful so I would call and talk to them. Good luck!

ETA - We used my DH's birthday gift card to purchase the castle for DD6. She said it was no problem.
