Son's birthday and Wedding Anniversary

We are planning a trip for our 15 year anniversary and our son's ninth birthday. His birthday is one day before our anniversary. Any recommendations, tips to make both events extra Disney special????

We are also looking for some tips to make our 5 year wedding anniversary extra special. We are going to be at Epcot and eating dinner at the Coral Reef and then going to the Candlelight Processional. I was just wondering if there was anything unique that we could do to make it really special.
