Going with mom and dad and they do not like the parks at night. Anyone one going in that time frame?

Yup.... I arrive Sept 27th. My schedule is pretty open on the 27th and 28th.... on the 29th I'm doing HHN at Universal and you are more than welcome to join us.

(Darcy.... You still on for HHN? And are you gonna bring your boy? ;) )

I will be there between Sept. 17 and 24th.

I probably will try to go to Universal on the 20th - love me some Harry Potter :)

And I really want to go to the Halloween Party on the 20th.

I'm staying at the BLT. For some reason being able to walk to the Magic Kingdom excites me! LOL.

Elisabeth :cool1:

I'll be there Sept. 29th-Oct. 3rd. Might try to work a day, but no real plans other than MK on the 1st.

October 1 is my birthday, and we've got BIG plans for that day! We are attempting to hit ALL FOUR parks, just doing my favorite show and ride at each one, with breaks for beverages, and ending the day at the Poly for a Lapu-Lapu (needless to say, I DO have a driver for the day!). You are more than welcome to join in the festivities, as I LOVE my birthday and love it even more with Disney friends to help me celebrate! :D

You'll find a TON of people at the Magic Kingdom that day willing to Sing Happy Birthday.

....although... They may say things like "Magic Kingdom", or "Walt Disney World" instead of your name..... but it's the thought that counts, right? ;)

I've been looking at the park schedules for while I'm there. I'm thinking about going to Fantasmic on the 30th. If you wanna see it with me, you're more than welcome to join me. I hate sitting waiting for it alone.

Our son can no longer join us for F&W (Sept 29-Oct 3). I see a lot of posts in this thread of singles traveling during about the same time period. Is there someplace in this forum where folks can post when they have extra tickets to F&W events? It seems a shame to let tickets to sold out events go unused. Advice?

There are several of us that will be there the end of September/beginning of October.

Is there a thread dedicated to this? I'm thinking a quick trip 9/29-10/2 and would think about meeting up if there was something going on. I travel solo (mostly) but I'm married, no kids. Just let me know, thanks!

I couldn't find a thread... that's why I was asking. Does anyone know where this would best be posted? Thanks for any info!

You might try over in the Disney restaurant forum. I think I've noticed that there are a lot more Foodie types over there who tend to more active regarding F&W, and therefore you might find someone who'd be interested in the extra ticket.

And if push comes to shove, if the ticket is non-refundable, You could always help share the Disney Magic and just give it to a random person the day of the event. :goodvibes:goodvibes

That would be a great thing to do, but these are the tickets our son was going to use. He was laid off from his job and can no longer join us. Two of the events in particular, Opening Bites and French Regional Lunch, were pricey. I'd like to recoup at least a little of Brad's money, if possible.

Thanks for the suggestion regarding the Restaurants forum. I thought perhaps since we only had one ticket to each event that Solo Travelers would be the correct forum, but perhaps not.

UPDATE: I'm happy to report that the ticket situation is now resolved. Thanks for the help!
