sometimes it comes in handy to buy something just because it's "cute"

to make a long story short.. we were in lancaster, pa 2 weeks ago and were at a farm and kate got to hold baby chicks and we got to see one actually hatch (which by the way was totally awesome). Anyhow, I have cute baby chicken pictures which I just got developed and am now going to scrap. I just realised that I actually bought a 4 sided baby chicken rubber stamp probably last easter... I bought it because it was cute. I might have even used it on an easter layout. But now I can use it on an actual chicken layout! (it's the little things). So, sometimes it's not a bad idea to buy something just because.... (wonder how dh will take that justification, at least it's not a new bill right?) maggie

I that all the time! Especially if it is on sale. I use my Michael's coupons every week to get things just becasue I like them. DBF used to think it was a waste of money until he realized that eventually I used just about everything I bought on a whim. Now, he has all his co-workers save me the coupons!

I bet the layout will be really cute!
