Something nice for a 5 year old on his Birthday in June?

I will be in Disney for my sons 5th birthday and as if being in disney is not good enouph I want to know if there is something nice for my group to do for him. Group (MOM, DAD, Grandma, son 5, daughter 3).

Right being in Disney is an awesome gift. We are surprising our 2 dd's whose bday are in the last week of June with a disney trip, they wont' know til the weekend before we leave. The day we arrive we are going to 1900 park fare for a bday dinner with Cinderella. But there are so many other character meals to do for a bday, I know all restaurants are different. At cinderella's I am ordering a cake, they give the bday child a placemat and crown to take home. I would think other rest. would do something similar. Have fun on your June bday trip, I know we will.

I thought of the character dinner but the cake and all the other stuff is great help he will love it thanks so much.

What about a Family Magic Tour at the MK? We are doing this in June and it looks like great fun!!!

Make sure you get him a birthday button to wear on his birthday. DS turned 2 last year and we went to City Hall and they gave him a button, had a happy birthday phone message for him from Goofy and gave us all vouchers for Mickey ice cream bars. He got a lot of attention wearing the button and they even sang happy birthday on the Jungle Cruise. Also, we went to Crystal Palace for breakfast and they gave him a birthday card from the characters and a big messy cupcake. We went to Chef Mickey's for dinner and it was a blast! Lots of singing and celebrating the whole time.

I have girls, so everything I've looked into has been princess related.

Is he a Power Rangers or Disney Playhouse fan? I know there is a character meal with the Playhouse gang in MGM. That is also the only place (I believe) to see the Power Rangers and get pics with them. Just a thought.
